“ The broth! My god the pho broth is so good here, oniony and savory, but still perfectly complemented by heaps of basil, spring onion, and bean sprouts. The meat portions are big, the summer rolls are stuffed with veggies and served with thick peanut sauce, and the mango sticky rice is subtly sweet and syrupy. Also really good conversation with the server, there's no downside to a visit here. Worth finding the parking! ”
“ pho & spice is our favorite place to eat in waltham!!! the restaurant is small but decorated very nicely. the staff are always wonderful. my partner loves it because he's gluten free and vegan (allergies), but there are still menu options he can eat. he usually gets the mango curry with tofu, and i get the orange chicken. it's the best orange chicken i've had - the sauce is so delicious, not too heavy or too liquidy, and though they give you a hefty serving of veggies they don't skimp out on the crispy chicken! and i'm not a big fan of tofu, but their tofu delight appetizer is so good - after the crunch, it just melts in your mouth. we've become regulars even though we don't usually eat out much. the staff are very appreciative by occasionally adding an extra item to our order, which is never expected but always sweet of them. i can't recommend pho & spice enough! **update: we've tried more dishes from them, all delicious. my partner has gone crazy for their soups! ”

“ We stumbled across Pho and Spice on Sunday March 3rd after a concert at the Regal Theater. What a gem! It was a colder than expected day, with clouds rolling in. Steaming hot pho sounded perfect! The interior is cozy, bright and cheerful. The owner was so friendly and came right out to arrange a table for the 5 of us. He proudly explained they are a mom and pop shop serving traditional pho without getting all fancy. He was very helpful with the menu, but not overbearing. He easily accommodated several food allergies in our party. We started with spring rolls that were packed with fresh veggies and so delicious. 3 of us had pho which came in the huge bowls, steaming hot, and packed with noodles and chicken. Exactly what we had hoped for. One of us had the curry (mango I think?) that was a huge serving and very delicious. One of us had one of the fried rice dishes, which was excellent as well. And it was no problem for them to leave out the onions upon request. So, the short review is that we highly recommend Pho and Spice and look forward to returning (I'm dying to try one of the banh mi sandwiches!) ”
“ I love going to pho & spice for their Pho, Basil fried rice, curries, gra pow, mango milk tea etc. As I like my pho broth more flavorful, Annie always allows me to switch my broth for to the Bun Bo Hue broth which is so rich and yummy . I've tried most of the dishes on their menu and they never disappoint. They will adjust spiciness if needed, are super friendly, give great recommendations and give good quantity and quality at the right price. My friends and I are in love with this place and regularly visit. Annie will hold off on closing the kitchen when we call her asking if it's still okay to come in a few mins before they close. Visit the restaurant as it will not disappoint. ”
